Found this glitched-out monster in 2-1 where there shouldn’t even be one. Very odd to see since in my experience this game has been free of glitches.

Been encountering some weird stuff the past couple days.
The first thing is what looks like a graphical glitch in Oblivion. I was talking with someone in the Mage’s Guild in Cheydinhal and I notice someone doing something odd in the background…
